Ashley (19), our nephew was tragically taken from us on 29 June 2012, in a car accident. He died with two of his best mates, Liam and Alan, and the fourth Jaryd, is still in a serious condition in hospital.

The loss of Ashley has affected our family deeply, and he will be missed by all of us, including his dog Yani.

Please pray for our family, the families of Liam and Alan, and also for Jaryd, and his family; that he will make a speedy recovery.

That’s a great series of pictures. The two of them look very happy together.

When we lose those of us whom we love, our memories, of which photos form an important part remain. Computer hard drives, can become corrupted, or need to be re-set, image hosting sites, and blogs, provide an excellent way to ‘back-up’ those memories.

Posting these pictures here, help us to remember the happy times, and also help us to process through our grief and sadness.

Some people need to internalize their grief, and others need to share it with others.

I am the type that needs to externalize, and talk.

Thank you to those who have stopped by, and taken the time to look at this page and leave a comment or a like. It is very much appreciated.
